Pro FAQ
Do I need to buy Pocket separately if I subscribe to Pro?
No. An active Pro subscription includes all Pocket features.
What devices does Pro run on?
ZillaBooth runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS / iPadOS 26 or later. iPad Event Layout and external camera support are designed for iPad event deployments.
Can I use a USB webcam or DSLR?
Yes — on iPad with Pro. Supported paths include UVC USB webcams and USB streaming mirrorless bodies, plus tethered Canon EOS DSLR/mirrorless over PTP. See the External Camera setup guide for cables, protocols, and recovery tips. Wireless camera tethering is not a Pro claim.
How does email delivery work?
You enter SMTP credentials for a provider you control. Guests receive collages from your domain. ZillaBooth does not require a ZillaBooth guest account. Use Test Connection before doors open so delivery is verified on your mail provider.
What printers work with Auto-Print?
Any AirPrint-compatible printer on the same Wi‑Fi network. Dedicated photo printers (for example Canon SELPHY or dye-sub event printers) are common for high-volume nights.
Can this run as a permanent kiosk?
Yes. Combine Event Layout, Guided Access / Single App Mode workflows, auto-restart, and monitoring for always-on lobby or venue installs. ZillaBooth works with Apple’s Guided Access and Configurator Single App Mode — it is not a full Jamf-style MDM console.
