✅ Readiness Checklist
A live pre-flight checklist that shows whether your device and event configuration are ready before guests arrive — and keeps updating while you review it.
What it checks: Battery level and charging, device temperature, available storage, AirPrint printer connectivity, network reachability, the email queue, and location services (when geotagging is on).
How to use: Open ZillaBooth Settings → Pro → System Monitoring and look at the readiness checklist. Review each row before your event. Readings update live while the checklist is open. With Pro in the iPad Event Layout, subtle on-screen badges also flag device temperature, low battery, low storage, printer offline, internet offline, and a backed-up email queue (each only when the related feature is in use), and System Monitoring can email you alerts when configured.
Best for: Pre-event setup on event day — confirm battery, printer, Wi-Fi, email queue, and storage are all green (paper and ink are still a manual check) before opening the booth to guests.
