Trigger sessions from a Bluetooth remote or hardware buttons. Requires ZillaBooth Pro.
📡 Bluetooth Remote Shutter
Trigger photo sessions from a Bluetooth remote, volume button, Camera Control button, or Action button — perfect for attendant-operated booths or hands-free kiosk setups.
How it works: When enabled, ZillaBooth accepts hardware capture events from paired Bluetooth remotes and supported device buttons — the same triggers the native Camera app uses.
How to set up:
- Pair your Bluetooth remote in the iOS Settings app → Bluetooth (ZillaBooth cannot open Bluetooth settings directly).
- Open ZillaBooth Settings → Pro → Bluetooth Remote Shutter and enable the toggle.
- Tap Configuration Instructions for pairing tips and troubleshooting.
Best for: Semi-attended booths where an operator triggers captures for guests, or kiosk setups where a physical button is more reliable than a touchscreen tap.
Recommended next
- Timer and Manual Capture — Set countdown timing between poses, or let guests tap to capture each frame.
- iPad Event Layout — Immersive full-screen iPad booth UI, with an optional attention-grabbing shutter.
- Kiosk Mode — Guided Access keep-awake lockdown, Hide Settings, and optional Single App Mode auto-launch after restart.
